We would advise you that the time for arrivals is between 3pm & 6pm.

Please note you must vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

The accommodation is only reserved for those named on the booking form.

Deposits are non refundable for cancellations made before 4 weeks of the holidays commencement date. However, if a further holiday is arranged the deposit could be transferred to the new holiday date. If the holiday is cancelled within 4 weeks of the commencement date then the deposit would be forfeit and the outstanding balance on the holiday would still be due. Holiday cancellation insurance to cover such events can be arranged for a small premium at Banks & Travel Agents.

A deposit of £50 per week is required on booking with the balance payable in full at least 4 weeks before arrival.
